Signing up is easy and FREE to attend.

If assistance is needed to complete the entry form, then please telephone Charlie Raven (Sport Development Officer) on 07956 292 046.
As always, we welcome participants of all ages and experiences to take part in a comprehensive track and field programme that ranges from the 60m sprint to the 5,000m run, regardless of sporting level.
Field events include high and long jump, shot put, discus and javelin. Organised in accordance with UK Athletics and the International Blind Sports Federation’s rules, the event is a great day out for everyone involved, including family and friends.
Don’t forget to attend the ‘Come and Try’ sessions from 10am that provides those who are new and existing participants of sport with a brilliant opportunity to try out running, jumping and throwing in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, supported by qualified coaches.
The main event gets underway at 12pm and throughout the day, you will be assisted by a team of qualified officials including official starters, scorers and judges as well as event commentary.
If participants have not taken part before and want to compete in the afternoon, improve their performance or just have a fun-filled sporty day out, then our Annual Metro Athletics Open is the place to do so.

London Vision Student Network: Talk with Minister of Education
Thomas Pocklington Trust and VICTAR are working together with the Department for Education to organise a roundtable event with the Minister Chris Skidmore and students with vision impairment. The Minister is interested to hear from students about their experience of DSA and HE in general.
We have invited students directly involved with this campaign however would now like to open it up to any student currently studying or have graduated in the last couple of years.
Would you be able to promote it across the various social media channels and relevant contacts you have? We would also welcome students who are not available to attend however would be happy to have a phone conversation detailing their experiences which we can then relay to the Minister.
Anyone interested can contact us via the policy inbox: policy@pocklington-trust.org.uk
